Hey guys I lost 1.8 lbs since yesterday, I’m sure from the running I did the day before. :D
Yesterday I walked a mile and ran 3/4 of a mile. I didn’t know how awful I was at it and my legs are killing me today but hey I love it. It lets me know that I was getting something done. I also made smoothies from jamba fruits. So overall I felt really successful yesterday. Today if the weather acted like it did yesterday, I’ll probably be inside doing zumba.
